When reporting a problem make sure to include the following information:


1) When and how did you see the problem?


2) If the problem is for a specific web page, please include the web page URL.


2) Can you reproduce the problem? How?


3) Which version of UpdatePatrol are you running? Get the version number from the About entry in the Help menu.


4) Which version of Windows are you running (2000, XP, Vista, 7, Server etc.)?


5) If you see an error message, please include the full text of the error message or eventually a screenshot.
